Conditions of UseWarrantyPhD Productions, LLC warrants that products ordered from this website will be free of defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not extend to PhD products or parts thereof that have been: (i) subjected to misuse, accident, hand grenades or neglect or (ii) have been altered or otherwise changed from the condition in which received. This warranty also does not extend to incomplete or lack of colorfastness of the yarn (see below). PhD products may bleed color and PhD Productions, LLC expressly disclaims any liability in connection with bleeding or transfer of color. Due to the nature of handcrafted goods, no two PhDs will be identical; however, PhD Productions, LLC will use commercially reasonable efforts to supply PhDs in desired color families as ordered. Care and Maintenance of Your PhDAs a general rule PhDs prefer hand-washing over washing machines. Though they can handle a machine, they can get a bit bent out of shape. But, don't worry if your Phd gets at all wrinkled, bent out of shape or surly it has no noticable impact on its flight. Remember Classic PhDs don't like water at all and will bleed, so keep them clear of water whenever possible. Sports editions are colorfast and take to water well. PhD productions cannot assume liability for any PhD that either bleeds on itself or other objects. Please take care of your 'D. Return PolicyPhD Productions, LLC allows you to return defective merchandise within 15 days of the shipment date of your order. You may choose a full-credit product exchange or a full credit by the same means payment was made. Please include a detailed written description of the defect. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Items should be returned in their original condition, with a copy of the packing slip, to: PHD PRODUCTIONS Return Shipping CostsYou are responsible for shipping any return product to our warehouse. In the case that you exchange a defective product for a new product, PhD Productions, LLC will provide and pay for the outbound shipping for replacement merchandise. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 15 days after the shipment date of your order. Processing TimeReturns meeting the conditions outlined above will be processed within 5 business days following receipt. Processing may be slightly extended during peak business periods. |
